Title: OpenText Documentum xCP Developer
Locations: San Antonio, TX
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $40-$45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
We are seeking an experienced OpenText Documentum xCP Developer with 6 8 years of experience in enterprise content management (ECM), Documentum development, and Java-based application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OpenText Documentum, Documentum xCP, DFC, DQL, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations. Experience with Documentum administration, data migration, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies is highly preferred.
This role involves developing and supporting enterprise Documentum applications, implementing workflows and case management solutions, performing repository administration, troubleshooting production issues, and participating in modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Develop and customize OpenText Documentum xCP applications, workflows, forms, and business objects.
- Build integrations using Documentum DFC, DQL, Client, and REST Services.
- Perform Documentum administration activities including installation, upgrades, migrations, repository maintenance, user administration, and job monitoring.
- Lead and support Documentum data migration projects, including data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and post-migration support.
- Configure and support OTDS and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML or OAuth.
- Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing application, Documentum, database, and server logs.
- Optimize SQL and PostgreSQL queries and resolve database performance issues.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes using Docker containers and Helm charts.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Client Copilot, or AWS Kiro to improve development productivity.
