Job Summary and Qualifications
Will perform task such as effective up keep of equipment electrical repair and service andor air conditioning some repetitive to maintain the hospital in a safe and attractive condition. And other duties as may be assigned.
Must be familiar with hospital layout equipment and procedures.
Will perform regular scheduled maintenance tasks including inspections servicing and repairs on hospital refrigeration air conditioning and heating systems.
Will perform regular scheduled maintenance tasks including inspections servicing and repairs on hospital plumbing and electrical systems.
Will perform regular scheduled maintenance tasks including inspections servicing and repairs on hospital dietary department and beds.
Will perform regular scheduled maintenance tasks including inspections servicing and repairs on hospital Safety devices.
Will perform regular scheduled maintenance tasks including inspections servicing and repairs on hospital pumps motors and Communication Systems.
Will take assignment in On-Call" rotation.
Will become familiar with various programs such as preventive maintenance hazards communication hospital wide and departmental safety policies and personnel policies.
Will maintain concern for a patient visitor and staff safety and privacy.
