What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care in the Operating Room for assigned cases
• Prepare the operating room and assist with ensuring readiness for procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and support safe perioperative workflow
• Anticipate surgeons’ needs and coordinate effectively with the surgical team
• Support documentation and adherence to facility policies and procedural standards
• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled to support surgical operations

Case mix may include: C-sections, laparoscopic hysterectomy, diagnostic laparoscopic surgery, urology cases (end of month), and EGD/colonoscopy.

What You Need
Required

• RN licensure
• 5+ years of OR experience
• Ability to work Mon–Thurs 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Ability to participate in on-call coverage (7 days from Wednesday–Tuesday every 4th week)

Preferred

• Strong familiarity with perioperative workflow for a mixed case environment (OB/GYN, GI endoscopy, urology, and laparoscopy)
