Required Skills:
- Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification required
- Proven experience in an operating room setting, familiar with general and orthopedic surgeries
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical instrument handling
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working in diverse surgical environments
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Certification from an accredited surgical technician program
- 1+ year of recent OR experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, four days per week, with immediate start available
- Scrubs are provided; no on-call duties required
- Must be able to pass any required background checks and health screenings
- Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
