Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems across multiple locations.
  • Delegates tasks for investigating and resolving patient/family concerns.
  • Facilitates collaboration with physicians, providers, and teams for optimal, safe patient care.
  • Monitors resource needs, manages equipment, supplies, medications, and ensures safe environments.
  • Maintains clinical expertise, provides supervision, and performs clinical duties as required.
  • Collaborates with Nursing Clinical Practice for compliance with Nursing Practice Act, Joint Commission, and regulations.
  • Creates developmental opportunities, builds relationships, and coaches for performance improvement.
  • Oversees tactical action items, ensures policy compliance, and aligns with business strategies.
  • Manages hospital admin functions including HR, budgets, safety, training, and regulatory readiness.
  • Develops strategic partnerships, leads multidisciplinary teams, and manages 24/7 care delivery.
  • Drives operational improvements, root cause analysis, and strategic projects for quality and efficiency.
  • Ensures standardized, safe care with continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); MSN preferred.
  • Experience in patient care delivery.
  • Experience in business operations, clinical healthcare, or related field.
  • Prior Experience in leadership role (with/without direct reports).
  • Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
  • Main OR experience in acute care hospital required; CNOR preferred.
