What Youll Do:
- Circulate in various surgical specialties, including Ortho, Trauma, Sports Medicine, and Shoulder surgeries
- Assist with robotic procedures utilizing DaVinci systems
- Manage OR equipment, supplies, and sterile environments
- Support anesthesia team with conscious sedation when required
- Respond to intraoperative needs, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with surgical team members and patients
- Handle call shifts asynchronously during nights and weekends, with minimal call volume
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of circulating OR experience
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- BLS and NIH certifications; ACLS preferred
- Ability to work weekday day shifts, call shifts, and float to outpatient ORs if needed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
