Required Skills:
- Valid and active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving clinical situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in Circulating or Scrubbing roles
- Experience with CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) procedures
- Prior travel or relief nursing experience
- Familiarity with new technological practices and equipment in the OR
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- 2+ years of operating room nursing experience
- Previous exposure to cardiovascular or specialized surgical units is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Certification in BLS is mandatory
- Willingness to participate in emergency response activities, including being part of relief and emergency teams as required
- Ability to work a day shift from 06:30 to 15:00, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
