Experience:

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac experience required. One year of scrubbing experience required. ENT experience required, including FESS (sinus), septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy, and soft-tissue thyroid/parathyroid procedures. Da Vinci Xi experience required for GYN, urology, or general cases.
Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited school.
Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: The OR averages 50-65 cases per day. The OR has 16 different service lines. Common cases include GYN, urology, vascular, plastic, orthopedic (total hip/knee), neuro, cardiovascular, thoracic, general (breast, HPB, bariatric), sports medicine (hand, podiatry), kidney or kidney/pancreatic transplants, and ENT (FESS/sinus, septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy, and soft-tissue thyroid/parathyroid cases). The OR uses the Da Vinci Xi robot for GYN, urology, and general cases. Large and complex cases are performed.
Shift & Scheduling: Variable days Monday-Friday with start times of 630am, 9am, or 11am. Start times remain consistent during the same week. Tuesdays and Fridays have later start times for in-services and team meetings. No self-scheduling. One call shift total (weeknight or weekend) per 4-week schedule. Weekday call runs from the end of the shift until 7am the next morning. Weekend call is 24 hours from 7am to 7am and rotates between staff and travelers. The manager schedules call. Call response time is 30 minutes, and a call room is available. No holiday call requirement.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
