Title :Operating Room Technician - OR Tech - CV
Burlington , VT
Duration :16 weeks
Shift - 10H Rotating (Day/Evening) 07:30 AM - 05:30 PM
Facility: University of Vermont Medical Center
Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)
CVORT: Certified Scrub tech; Floating required, call as required, and weekends as needed. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.
Requirements:
" AHA BLS and NBSTSA required, CNOR preferred " 2 years of OR experience " Prior travel experience required " Large, teaching hospital experience required " Level 1 trauma within last year and at least 1 year in work experience " CV Techs are required to have experience in single scrub capacity in CT cases " Solid knowledge base including, but not limited to, ortho, robotics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, and neuro Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER "
Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Bi-weekly orientations on Monday " Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: " Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended " Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April
