Position Title: Operation-Analyst Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA
Salary: $90,000/Annum
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, and relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft purchasing and operational processes
- Experience with finance toolsets, financial tracking, and budget management
- Experience in supplier and customer engagement
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking, reporting, and data management
- Experience using Power BI for data visualization and actionable insights
- Process improvement expertise, including identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions
- Strong documentation skills (SOPs, reporting, and process documentation)
- High attention to data hygiene, accuracy, and ongoing data maintenance
- Understanding of contracts and contractual terms
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data, collaborate cross‑functionally, and support supplier and customer interactions
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate supplier onboarding
- Manage license acquisition and renewal purchases
- Perform data tracking and reporting using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Oversee budget management for Surface teams
The pay range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
