Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operation Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with our executive team to ensure that our business operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

- Manage and oversee all administrative and operational functions, including finance, human resources, and IT

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff members

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business plans and strategies

- Monitor and manage budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met

- Identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies

- Experience with budgeting and financial management

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
