About the Role:
Join Elite Maintenance Service as our Operation Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Based in Pasadena, CA, we are dedicated to providing top-notch maintenance solutions while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all service lines.
Manage and train a team of maintenance staff to uphold our high service standards.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
Assist in budgeting and financial management to optimize operational costs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the maintenance or service industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff.
Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
