Kobe Bryant About the role Key Responsibilities Requirements Education & experience Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in business, management, or a related field [PLUS] Experience in startup environments, operations, user success, or related roles. Competences Italian proficiency (verbal and written) or native speaker English proficiency (verbal and written) Office/Google Suite package Strong business acumen with a focus on operational efficiency and user satisfaction. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights from data and make informed decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic startup environment. Our Pack for you Contract Working hours: part-time internship Benefits FULL-REMOTE: you will work full-remote, but we periodically organize team buildings to spend some great time together! Anyway, we've just started creating an HQ in Barcelona. Everyone is welcome but it is not mandatory to come. FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS: you will be free to schedule your working hours. We don't care how many hours you work , we only check on your output and results.
