Overview:

Primary responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Coordinates with department management and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Monitors the performance and productivity, provides feedback and coaching, and resolves any issues or conflicts that may arise. 

This role is based on-site in Roanoke, VA.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the daily operations of the department and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards 
  • Manages employee performance, training, development and discipline 
  • Coordinate with other supervisors, managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication 
  • Monitors and evaluates the quality, efficiency, and productivity of the operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Prepares and analyze reports, metrics, and forecasts and provide feedback and recommendations 
  • Identifies and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the operations or with the employees or customers 
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information 
  • Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department 
  • Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements 
  • Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards

  • Identifies and resolves operational problems and challenges 
  • Monitors and reports on operational metrics and indicators

Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in operations management or supervision 
  • Education-Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience  
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously 
  • Knowledge of operational policies, procedures, and best practices 
  • Proficient with various Microsoft Office and other relevant softwar
