Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the local operation team.
- Provide leadership, manage and improve the company's operational service quality.
- Develop and implement strategic operational and business plans.
- Negotiate rates and build relationships with the vendors.
- Constant operational development while achieving monthly and yearly department targets.
- Consistent quarterly review of team members' performance.
- Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer expectations are met.
- Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must.
- Assure teams compliance with Falcon Logistics Global given procedures and processes.
