Job Description

Your Responsibilities

Searching for an energetic operational support professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats to manage our busy branch office. If you are a reliable, well-organized person who can handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management, we want to talk to you!

As a Scheduler/Operation Support Specialist you will be responsible for scheduling jobs and acting as a liaison between customers and production. In addition, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to ordering material, assisting with HR administrations and employee relations programs.

  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems and personal computers.

  • Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records and or reports.

  • Maintain and update database systems using a computer.

  • Manage, review and coordinate schedules.

  • Communicate daily with key stakeholders (Administrative Specialist, Sales Staff and Production Staff)

  • Communicate daily with customers to schedule jobs, confirm jobs, and inform of any schedule changes or cancellations.

  • Review work orders, files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.

  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.

  • Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.

  • If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.

  • Strong leadership qualities.

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

$13.00 - $30.00

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
