Job Title: Operational Communications ManagerLocation: Austin, TX (Hybrid)Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 + Potential 15% BonusBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k MatchJob DescriptionWe are supporting a confidential search for an Operational Communications Manager within a large, multi-site organization operating in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role is responsible for coordinating communications during operational incidents, disruptions, and sensitive situations that require timely, accurate, and consistent messaging across internal and external stakeholders. The position plays a key role in ensuring communication alignment between multiple departments and leadership teams during time-sensitive events.
