Operational Data Analytics Specialist - Contingent

We are seeking an experienced, on-site Operational Data Analytics Specialist in Honolulu, Hawaii for a contingent opportunity based on contract award. In this journeyman-level role, you will support enterprise-level operational analytics, data integration, dashboard management, and operational visibility activities across the Task Order (TO). You will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational metrics, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting dashboards supporting Task 1 TO Management activities. By integrating operational, staffing, logistics, financial, and project-execution data from enterprise systems-including ERP and GCSS-Army environments-you will drive data-driven decision-making, distributed logistics synchronization, and operational visibility for worldwide SOCPAC mission support activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Metrics & Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain enterprise reporting dashboards, KPI frameworks, workflow-data analytics, and operational trend analyses.
• Enterprise Data Integration: Integrate complex operational, staffing, logistics, financial, and project-execution data from ERP and GCSS-Army environments.
• Portal & Reporting Automation: Support TO Management Portal analytics integration, automate operational reporting, and manage continuity-of-operations reporting requirements.
• Mission Analysis: Conduct after-action operational assessments and lessons-learned analyses to optimize distributed logistics synchronization and mission readiness.
• Strategic Decision Support: Provide vital decision support to leadership, ensuring data structures effectively sustain worldwide mission activities while operating independently.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Experience: 3 to 10 years of professional experience supporting data collection, analysis, reporting, dashboard development, metrics tracking, trend analysis, decision support, and operational performance assessment.

• Education: Bachelor''s (BA/BS) or Master''s (MA/MS) degree.

• Education/Experience Equivalencies:

• High School Diploma / GED: 7 years of relevant experience

• Associate''s Degree: 6 years of relevant experience

• BA/BS Degree: 4-6 years of relevant experience

• MA/MS Degree: 2 years of relevant experience

• Doctorate Degree: 0 years of experience

• Competency: Journeyman personnel typically perform functional duties independently.

• Preferred Credentials: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, data analytics, statistics, Python/R, or equivalent data analysis certifications.
