Job Title: Operational Data Steward
Location: Plainsboro, NJ/HYBRID ROLE
Salary Range: $24-$25/hr
Introduction
This role involves managing and stewarding data for healthcare customers, including professionals and organizations. The position requires a strong attention to detail, ability to work in a high-volume environment, and collaboration with a team to ensure data quality and integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Tech savvy with the ability to navigate systems
- Moderate Excel skills, including the use of find function and creation of pivot tables
- Experience working in a team environment
- Minimum of 2 years of coursework towards a degree in Business Administration or other applicable business areas
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to create and edit pivot tables, experience in using ‘vlookup’ and ‘if’ statements
- Must be able to work independently with excellent communication and writing skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and transition between assignments quickly
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with Informatica Data Systems and/or Veeva
- Analytical background
- Experience in Customer Master and data analysis, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Health Industry Professional and Organization customer data (IMS Health HCPS/HCOS data)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Data Steward for Healthcare Customers, including consolidation of duplicate records
- Ensuring all required identifiers are listed on the consolidated records
- Investigating potential affiliations between both HCPs and HCOs
- Addressing field force data change requests
- Assist Data Management functions within the team
- Organize and analyze multiple data sources
- Data quality assurance
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for various system releases
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to various team members
