Job Title: Operational Data Steward

Location: Plainsboro, NJ/HYBRID ROLE

Salary Range: $24-$25/hr

 

Introduction

This role involves managing and stewarding data for healthcare customers, including professionals and organizations. The position requires a strong attention to detail, ability to work in a high-volume environment, and collaboration with a team to ensure data quality and integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Tech savvy with the ability to navigate systems
  • Moderate Excel skills, including the use of find function and creation of pivot tables
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of coursework towards a degree in Business Administration or other applicable business areas
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to create and edit pivot tables, experience in using ‘vlookup’ and ‘if’ statements
  • Must be able to work independently with excellent communication and writing skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and transition between assignments quickly
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with Informatica Data Systems and/or Veeva
  • Analytical background
  • Experience in Customer Master and data analysis, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Health Industry Professional and Organization customer data (IMS Health HCPS/HCOS data)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Data Steward for Healthcare Customers, including consolidation of duplicate records
  • Ensuring all required identifiers are listed on the consolidated records
  • Investigating potential affiliations between both HCPs and HCOs
  • Addressing field force data change requests
  • Assist Data Management functions within the team
  • Organize and analyze multiple data sources
  • Data quality assurance
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for various system releases
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to various team members
