Job Title: Remote Operational Efficiency Consultant

Hourly Pay: $60 - $110/hour

We are looking for an Operational Efficiency Consultant to assist organizations in improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity. You’ll work with various departments to identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and ensure smooth transitions toward more efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies

• Design and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Advise clients on best practices, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Integrate new tools, technologies, and automation for process optimization

• Align operational changes with business goals and objectives

• Train employees and management on new processes and tools

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of improvements

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in operational efficiency consulting or process improvement
• Strong background in process optimization, cost reduction, and performance management

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Proficient in ERP systems, process mapping, and performance analysis tools
