Job Summary
Church & Dwight is seeking an Operational Finance Lead, to join our team. The Operational Finance Lead for Church & Dwight's Global Markets Group (GMG) plays a critical role in supporting our international business through robust cost analytics, operational finance leadership, and process improvement.
About the Role
This role partners closely with operational finance teams from Church & Dwight's subsidiaries, Commercial, IT, and GMG regional finance teams to ensure accurate costing, support pricing decisions, and drive margin improvement for our global portfolio. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global stakeholders.
Work Environment
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA or CMA strongly preferred. 5-8+ years of progressive experience in operational finance, cost accounting, or supply chain finance within CPG, manufacturing, or a multinational environment. Experience supporting global business units and working with international teams preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred). Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $92,500-$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus. As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
