Today, we're looking for energetic people with the potential to perform and the ability to strengthen - and thrive in - the positive work environment we pride ourselves on.\n \nLocation:Yazaki Menzel Jamil Bizerte\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n \nOperations and Supplier Management:\n\n Execute purchase orders and manage purchasing transactions for the plants\n Source new suppliers and evaluate existing suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service standards.\n Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure best value while maintaining consistent supply.\n Oversee the purchase order lifecycle, including order placement, tracking, and follow-up\n Address and resolve any issues related to late or incomplete deliveries or payment complaints\n Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure smooth operations\n \nCost Optimization:\n\n Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternative suppliers, materials, or processes that reduce cost without compromising\n \nquality.\n\n Manage cost controls and analyze spending to support budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives. and manage scallions with AP team\n \nCross-functional Collaboration:\n\n Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure purchasing aligns with operational goals and constraints.\n Serve as the main point of contact for plants / Suppliers and Category\n Participate in plants meeting to align purchasing activities with plants goals and resolve any related issues.\n \nProcess Improvement and Reporting:\n\n Identify and implement process improvements to enhance purchasing efficiency and reduce lead times.\n Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).\n \nCross-functional Collaboration:\n\n manage more than one purchasing category at the same time\n \nCompliance and Documentation:\n\n Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with Yazaki purchasing policies, health and safety standards.\n Maintain accurate records and documentation for all purchasing transactions, including purchase orders, contracts\u2026\n Support audit and compliance processes by ensuring all documents are available\n \nREQUIREMENTS:\n\n Formal education level compleeted: Master\n English language Advance\n PowerBi / SAP Professional/Coupa\n Outlook Advance\n Excel Professional\n Negotiation skills Advance\n Supplier sourcing Advance\n Microsoft Office Basic\n communication skills Professional\n \nKindly note that this position is located in Yazaki Menzel Jamil Bizerte.\n \nYazaki North America is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, disability, handicap, veteran status, or other legally protected status or characteristic.
