JOB DESCRIPTION
A client of Insight Global is We are seeking an experienced Operational Lead with Manhattan Active WMS experience to support warehouse operations during a large-scale system conversion and peak season activities. This individual will serve as the bridge between operations and technology teams, leveraging hands-on warehouse leadership experience to support end users, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational success within a high-volume distribution environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-4 years of experience in an Operational Leader role
- Proficiency leading operations in one or more areas
- Inbound, outbound or inventory
- Previous experience with high order volume (70k+ weekly on average, and 70k+ daily during peak season)
- Experience leading a team in a warehouse setting during a go-live and working directly with Manhattan Active (providing onsite operational support during implementation, conversion and stabilization efforts)
