Position Overview

Role created due to increased workload across multiple ongoing projects. Looking for an operationally focused professional who can help organize, track, and move projects forward. Candidate will support project execution, reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Convert data and project updates into compelling business stories and presentations.
  • Analyze project information and present insights clearly.
  • Organize and track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other project tracking tools.
  • Support project coordination and operational activities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills.
  • Ability to create executive-level presentations and tell a clear business story using data.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to interpret and present numerical information.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a sense of urgency.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Smartsheet is highly desirable.
  • PMP or other Project Management certifications are a plus.
  • Portfolio of presentation work can be provided if available.
