| Position Summary: | Help shape mission outcomes through operational analysis, modeling, simulation, and wargaming. UDRI invites qualified applicants to apply for our Operational & Mission Engineering Analyst opening! The Operational & Mission Engineering Analyst supports mission focused operational analysis, scenario development, modeling & simulation (M&S) activities, sustainment/logistics considerations, and wargaming workflows. The analyst prepares scenario inputs, performs structured analysis, coordinates with technical contributors, and delivers clear mission insights to government customers. Candidates may come from operations research, modeling & simulation, systems engineering, operations/intelligence analysis, wargaming, or related analytical fields. Individuals without prior simulation experience but with strong analytical or operational backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The role emphasizes teamwork, analytical rigor, and effective customer and stakeholder engagement. |
