Coach operational leaders on the management process concepts and processes
Watch managers coach and review their performance
Give feedback to them on the demonstrated behaviors.
Requirements:
Experience with operational performance coaching
Operational excellence experience
Understanding of business metrics and KPIs
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Able to create strong relationships
P&C or Claims experience is a plus.
MS Office proficiency
