Position Overview:

Our clients US Operational Risk Management team is seeking a mid-to-senior levelconsulting resource with demonstrated expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution implementations that support Operational Risk Management use cases.

This resource will provide actionable consulting as well as hands-on implementation support in the implementation of a new GRC solution in 2025, with possible extension into 2026.

The consulting resource will assist with determining an overall GRC solution strategy, as well as use case definition, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migrations, integrations, testing, release readiness, and documentation.

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience
• Proven track record in software implementation consulting and in-depth hands-on experience in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Experience with enterprise-scale Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution implementations for financial institution.
• Experience with consulting on overall GRC solution strategy, as well as use case definition, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migrations, integrations, testing, release readiness, and documentation.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert by advising and guiding decisioning on system design, configuration, etc.
• Lead effective meetings with clearly stated objectives that drive desired outcomes. Able to negotiate and build consensus within a group.
• Engage with other stakeholders and business partners to ensure that requirements are understood and documented.
• Work with Business Line Subject Matter Experts to elicit processes details and document them
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills

Desired Skills:
• Microsoft Power Apps, Snowflake, SAP GRC, Microsoft SharePoint, possibly ServiceNow IRM
