We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Support Specialist to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience coordinating schedules, orders, and deliveries while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and enter data accurately using Oracle.
- Schedule jobs and coordinate daily service activities.
- Order, receive, and track inventory and materials.
- Confirm delivery dates, locations, and product details with customers.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain employee timekeeping records using WorkBrain, including assisting with timecard corrections and punches.
- Perform heavy data entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
- Experience with Oracle ERP and/or WorkBrain timekeeping is preferred.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Pay: $16.50/hour
