The Operational Support and Technology Manager at reports to the Project Manager. This position will interface directly with service workers and foremen, day and night, train and align service workers use of technology and review their use of the systems.

Operational Technology Functions
Main ABM manager assuring accurate and timely response to work orders, and customer response.
Set up, update, and assure accuracy of ABM Inspection system including ongoing locations and cadence of inspections to assure inspection reports are complete. Also assure that inspections are thorough and objective and meet the cadence. Interface with client teams to review and discuss inspection results. Update program if floor plans change.
Set up, update, and monitor accuracy of day policing QR validation system AKA ABM Task Management, monitor throughout the operation (red, yellow, green analytics). Troubleshoot and diagnose any adjustments. Retrain service workers as necessary. Interface with client teams to review and discuss QR code digital cleaning log results. Update program if floor plans change.
Set up, update, and monitor accuracy of online night periodic services and match accuracy to scope. Interface with client teams to review and discuss.
Set up, update, and monitor Client-facing Dashboard. Help clients navigate the dashboard and understand how ABM uses it as part of service delivery. Oversee client's security levels to access. Review components of dashboard and be prepared to speak to dashboard results in weekly, monthly, and client QBRs
Operations Support Functions

Onboard new service workers into the payroll system and oversee accuracy of employee IDs at the property.
