Active Top Secret DoD Clearance. GOVCON program management experience. Active certification in Program Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) OR PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. Systems experience with either one among Aircraft, Ships, Tanks or Weapons. Weapon systems test experience. 6+ years of recent experience (within the last 10 years) managing programs/projects that included DoD T&E strategic environment and must be writtent in resume. Will prefer retired 05-06, or Client-15 test pilot, weapons school grad or a PM from a ACAT 1 program. 15 years of combined experience in positions providing the PM with an understanding of DoD T&E programs that would enable the PM to readily communicate and understand the mission needs of Strategic Initiatives, Policy, and Emerging Technologies (SIPET).
