• $75,000–$95,000 annual salary

• Hybrid schedule with 3 onsite days per week
Role Impact
The Operations Accountant supports financial reporting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing cost analysis within a fast-paced production environment. This role partners with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to improve cost visibility, strengthen controls, and support operational decision-making through SAP-based analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and inventory accounting
• Manufacturing cost analysis including variances, inventory performance, WIP aging, and cost-of-poor-quality metrics
• SAP inventory flow analysis and cost accounting support for plant operations
• Annual standard cost setting and cost roll process for material, ingredient, and packaging standards
• Compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of operations or manufacturing accounting experience
• GAAP knowledge including standard costing, inventory accounting, accrual accounting, and cost-volume-profit analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP and BI reporting tools
