Twin City Staffing is seeking an operations admin specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Minneapolis! This multifunctional role supports AP/AR, payroll, warehouse inventory, and HR. Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Duties of the operations admin specialist:

  • Manage AP/AR, invoices, collections, and deposits
  • Process timecards, paychecks, and payroll reports
  • Oversee onboarding, background checks, and I-9s
  • Maintain office, kitchen, and warehouse supplies
  • Track subcontractor insurance and vendor W-9s
  • Support financial audits and monthly union dues
  • Handle phones, mail, and general office upkeep
  • Organize digital employee and project files

Requirements of the operations admin specialist:

  • Accounting support experience (AP/AR)
  • Payroll or HR administrative background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software
  • Construction or field-service industry experience is a plus
