Position Summary

We operate multiple growing businesses and are looking for an Operations & Administration Manager to help support that growth.
This position will work directly with company leadership and play a key role in administration, accounting support, onboarding, process improvement, and operational coordination.
The role starts with significant responsibility in accounts receivable, accounts payable, onboarding, documentation, and administrative support. Over time, the right person will have opportunities to take on larger operational projects, process ownership, leadership responsibilities, and broader business responsibilities.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and helping build organizations that will be stronger years from now because of decisions made today.
Primary Responsibilities
- Accounting & Administrative Support
- Manage accounts receivable and collection follow-up
- Manage accounts payable processing and vendor communication
- Enter and verify employee time records
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Organize and maintain company documentation
- Support multiple business entities with administrative needs
- HR & Onboarding
- Coordinate employee onboarding
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist with hiring administration
- Support HR compliance and personnel processes
- Operations Support
- Assist leadership with special projects
- Support procurement and dispatch functions as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Help implement and maintain operational systems
- Coordinate follow-up and execution on operational initiatives

Within the first 12 months:
- AR/AP processes are organized and consistently maintained
- Administrative systems are more efficient and scalable
- Employee onboarding is consistent and professional
- Leadership spends less time managing administrative details
- Projects move forward without constant follow-up
- Problems are identified and solved proactively

Compensation & Benefits
$55,000-$70,000 annually depending on experience, capability, and potential
