Position Title: Operations Administrative Assistant - Corpus Christi, TX

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (must be flexible to stay later as needed; rotating workdays)

We are hiring a reliable and detail-focused Operations Administrative Assistant to support a largeindustrial production facility in Corpus Christi, TX. This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who enjoys organization, reporting, and administrative work in a fast-paced operations environment.

This position plays a key role behind the scenes, supporting Operations leadership and HR by managing documentation, reports, records, and essential office functions that keep the facility running smoothly.

This role requires someone who is calm under pressure, highly organized, and confident managing multiple priorities.

You will work on-site inside a professional, structured facility supporting plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the indirect Purchase Order (PO) process

Support contract labor tracking, including Fieldglass requests and time approvals

Run weekly and monthly worked-hours reports

Order office, safety, and facility supplies

Enter and maintain training records for Safety, Food Safety, and HR

Maintain strict confidentiality on all operational matters

Manage filing systems (paper and electronic), including record retention

Support Performance Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Provide administrative support to additional departments and projects

Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
3-5 years of administrative or office support experience required High school diploma or GED required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Professional attitude with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and solve routine issues Comfortable working in an industrial or production-style environment Must be dependable with a strong work ethic
