We are hiring an Operations Admin Assistant for an in-office role in Marietta, GA, with a salary of $21-$22/hour and hours from 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.
The role primarily supports the service operations team with work orders, parts requisitions, claim filing, and general office duties. The position involves in-office work Monday to Friday in a shared space, reporting to the Service Hub Manager.
Responsibilities include generating and closing work orders, coordinating parts, monitoring communication systems, managing warranty claims, maintaining records, responding to emails, and assisting with data analysis.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years of administrative or customer service experience, proficiency in office software, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities. The role requires prolonged computer use and adherence to company policies to ensure smooth operations.
