This role is responsible for new product intake and order fulfilment. This role is vital to ensuring seamless backend operations, maintaining the showroom floor, supporting live and digital sales, and delivering an exceptional experience to customers and retail partners.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWarehouse, Showroom & Inventory ManagementMaintain cleanliness, organization, and workflow of the mezzanine-level warehouse and showroom floorsEnsure the showroom floor is consistently clean, visually merchandised, and on-brandTrack and manage finished goods, raw materials, trims, packaging supplies, and office inventoryEnsure one of each style/print in Suzanne's size (or nearest equivalent) is always present on the showroom floorAccurately pick, pack, and fulfill all online and showroom ordersReset and reorganize inventory following pop-ups, events, fittings, photoshoots, and live salesExecute errands and production-related tasks, including vendor coordinationMaintain and update website (Shopify) product listings, imagery, inventory, discount codes, and collectionsRemove reserved or unavailable items from live listings in real timeRegularly audit digital inventory (Shopify and third-party platforms) against physical stock in both showroom and warehouseInclude costing data in product listings when availableWork with team to keep storage unit with fabric and materials organized by fabric type/colorCustomer Service & Administrative SupportRespond to customer emails with professionalism, empathy, and promptnessMaintain CRM and inventory spreadsheets; assist with compiling reports and dataSupport wholesale and PR processes, including order tracking and stylist pull managementMaintain accurate product listings on Shopify and third-party platforms (e.g., Faire, Wolf & Badger)Marketing & Sales SupportAssist with live sales: manage order logging, monitor comments (“sheriffing”), and occasionally appear on cameraDesign promotional assets in Canva for email, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, CRM, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other new emerging social media platformsCRM: Draft and send text/email blasts for launches, restocks, sales, and eventsHelp maintain seasonal materials including lookbooks, line sheets, and internal marketing docsStudio, Showroom, Photoshoot & Event SupportMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom floor dailyAssist with visual merchandising and display setupSupport setup and teardown of events, pop-ups, and activationsBe present during events to assist with styling, customer service, and operational flowEnsure showroom and mezzanine are clean, safe, organized and aesthetically to the brand standards rid of trash, debris and out of place gear and merchandiseAssist on photoshoots, including preparation, garment tracking, on-set support, and post-shoot organizationWork closely with the Senior Brand Operations & Showroom Manager and Creative Director on daily studio needsQUALIFICATIONSStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with Shopify, Canva, Google Suite, CRM platforms, and email/SMS marketing toolsExcellent written communication and time management abilitiesCollaborative, proactive, and solutions-focusedComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a two-level studio environmentPassion for ethical, size-inclusive fashionWillingness to appear on camera for live sales or content when needed and in-person activationsCompany Description ABOUT BYVINNIKbyVINNIK is a size-inclusive, ethically manufactured luxury fashion brand based in Los Angeles.
