Job Title: Product Information Analyst I / Product Data Analyst
Location: Beaverton, OR (PHK) Hybrid (4 Days Onsite / Fridays Remote)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Information Analyst I to support a high-performing Product Information Management (PIM) team within a global product creation organization. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining critical product data throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and readiness across multiple business systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, strong Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain product information throughout the line planning and product creation lifecycle.
  • Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and aligned with key business milestones.
  • Support Product Management teams by maintaining and updating critical product information across multiple systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Merchandising, Development, and Operations to ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product data discrepancies and system-related issues.
  • Support data integration activities and ensure successful downstream use of product information.
  • Analyze large datasets and perform data validation activities to maintain data integrity.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Monitor data quality standards and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 3 years of experience in Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Information Management (PIM), Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with data and digital tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
    • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
    • Pivot Tables
    • Formulas and Data Analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting product creation, merchandising, retail, consumer products, apparel, footwear, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Experience working with large product datasets and data governance processes.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence.

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Education:
  • Degree not required.
