Operations Analyst - Brea, CA - Contract - $25-35 Per HR
This position involves supporting operational processes within a financial setting, located in a hybrid work environment. The role requires managing various account activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and utilizing general technology tools for data processing and reporting.
Description
- Assist customers in selecting financial accounts and services.
- Process new account openings and manage related documentation.
- Handle teller transactions and account activities using technology tools.
- Provide customer service by resolving inquiries and issues.
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Communicate training needs and service concerns to management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with account selection and cross-sell opportunities.
- Process account openings and verify customer information.
- Handle transactions and resolve account issues using technology tools.
- Provide customer service and resolve complex issues.
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in financial institution operations or customer service.
- Knowledge of account documentation and banking compliance regulations.
- Intermediate skills in computer operation and general office practices.
- Effective communication skills for customer and team interactions.
