Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Manufacturing Engineering, Finance, or related field
3 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations analysis, industrial engineering, or business analytics
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required
Proficiency with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Infor LN
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and data modeling
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
Knowledge of SQL and database reporting tools
Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments is preferred
Responsibilities
Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, and customer service performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs, monitoring trends and root causes of gaps.
Support operational reviews by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to inform leadership decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
Assist in the automation of reporting processes, data validation, and building business intelligence solutions.
