Operations Analyst / Collateral & Margin Management Support
Location: White Plains, NY- Hybrid
Pay rate: $56.17/hr W2
Duration: 12-Month Contract

Position Overview
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support the Collateral & Margin Management team. This role combines margin call management, reconciliations, operational reporting, process improvement, and business analysis responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, business analysis, financial services, or process improvement environments and possess strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Collateral & Margin Management
  • Support margin call management activities across multiple financial products.
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of collateral and margin-related transactions.
  • Assist with controls management and operational oversight activities.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies while maintaining compliance with established procedures.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support process optimization initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement process enhancements.
  • Assist with the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and operational metrics to support business planning and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Process Improvement, or Financial Services Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
