A large client of ours is hiring an Operations Analyst to support their national sales organization and join their Business Analytics team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, building reports, and partnering with sales leaders to drive performance.
What youll do:
Build recurring sales performance reports and dashboards
Manage and develop KPIs for the sales team
Provide month-end performance insights to sales leadership
Analyze trends like rep ramp time, referral volume, and territory performance
Support field managers and regional VPs with ad hoc reporting
Assist with CRM territory alignment updates
What were looking for:
1-2 years of experience
Must have data visualization experience (PowerBi OR Tableau)
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH)
Strong communication and customer-service mindset
Ability to turn data into clear business insights
