  • Manage on-hold participant lists and resolve operational issues impacting program participation.
  • Support the development, implementation, and scaling of operational processes for new program initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple data sources and systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational metrics using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
  • Monitor program performance and provide insights to support decision-making.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through workflow optimization and automation.
  • Partner with technical teams to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions that reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
  • Utilize tools such as Python, Power Query, and Power Automate to streamline operational tasks and reporting processes.
  • Document processes and recommend best practices for operational excellence.

Customer Support & Stakeholder Communication

  • Conduct outbound calls and email communications with program participants regarding enrollment follow-ups, data verification, account issues, and dispute resolution.
  • Respond to participant inquiries and support issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address operational challenges and improve program outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with program managers, product teams, technical teams, and external partners to define data requirements and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations, reporting, and customer experience functions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and large dataset analysis.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis, data manipulation, or process automation.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Strong experience with data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage repetitive operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce or other CRM platform experience.
  • Experience implementing workflow automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled operational processes and automation tools.
  • Experience within utility, energy, sustainability, transportation, or EV-related programs.
  • Understanding of EV charging data, telematics, demand response programs, or managed charging initiatives.
  • Ability to interpret technical reports and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

What Success Looks Like
