Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing and improving the performance of hub operations by working closely with external vendor teams. The analyst will ensure adherence to operational standards, identify and address execution gaps, and maintain visibility on performance and risks. The position requires influencing vendor teams to drive consistent execution and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor vendor performance and identify execution gaps.
  • Drive follow-through on agreed actions with vendor teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure stable operations.
  • Influence vendor teams to adhere to operational standards.
  • Maintain visibility of operational issues and risks.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience working with vendors or operational partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience within small parcel logistics, sortation, hub operations, or a similar operational environment is required.
