Operations Analyst

Location: Onsite in our Minneapolis, Chicago or Milwaukee office

Title: Operations Analyst - Custody Operations (SWP)

Hiring detailed Operations Analyst for our Custody Operations team. This role supports banking and advisor client groups through the accurate and timely processing of operational transactions within the SWP platform. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client service.

Job Duties:

• Process client and account maintenance requests, including (Statement, Activity Data, Address, PII)
• Execute inter-account cash and securities transfers in accordance with client instructions.
• Manage recurring and ad hoc cash disbursements, including dividend and interest payments.
• Review, validate, and post cash receipts received from clients and counterparties.
• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within established service-level agreements.
• Partner effectively with multiple operational processing teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Support banking and advisor client groups through timely and accurate back office processing.
• Research and resolve operational issues while maintaining strict adherence to policies and procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• +2 Years of Previous experience in Custody Operations utilizing the SWP platform and client/portfolio-level data research.
• Strong experience generating and interpreting BOXI reports for management information systems (MIS) reporting and analysis.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Suite Experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and business concepts.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven operational environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceptional client service.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
• This role is 100% onsite. Must be able to commute to either our Minneapolis, Milwaukee or Chicago office.
