As an operations analyst, you'll reconcile assets of the recordkeeping system, process requests to invest and liquidate account holdings, use Excel to review data and import ledger entries, interact with our trading partners and internal staff to resolve discrepancies, assist on special projects, and more.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process retirement savings plan cash flow transactions
  • Maintain investment database
  • Interact with our trading partners
  • Obtain files and import records
  • Reconcile plan assets to make sure our system matches what is tracked externally
  • Monitor daily transactions, such as fund transfers and data collection
  • Handle benefit payments and cash deposits accurately and timely

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical field of study or equivalent knowledge and experience.
