Description
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Operations Analyst.
 
Position type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location:  Salt Lake City Utah 
Onsite: 5 Days onsite
 
Asan Operations Analyst you will:
  • An analyst within Cleared Collateral Management will primarily be focused on building operational workflows for collateral management on clearing houses.
  • Through the performance and reengineering of a number of operational processes, a successful candidate will be exposed to opportunities to support computation & settlement of interest and restructure overall client cash collateral management.
  • The role will involve close partnership and interaction with a wide range of areas, including Credit Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Sales, Trading, Risk Management, and other Operations Departments.
  • As a result, the successful candidate will be required to possess strong communication & technical skills, ability to think quick and work under pressure as well as excellent client service.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong motivation to succeed, both as an individual and as a team Control focused Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Effective team player Problem solving and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong appreciation of client service
  • Ability to deal with multiple complex issues at the same time while meeting client deadlines

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range $20 - $23 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
