Operations Analyst, Supply Chain

Job Title: Operations Analyst, Supply Chain
Type: Contract
Compensation: $52.00 - $85.00 per hour
Contractor Work Model: Remote – offsite

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics to support supply chain operations, including data analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
• Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance.
• Develop and maintain KPIs related to supply chain metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to improve processes.
• Support core workflows in supplier management, procurement, and logistics.
• Create presentations and status updates for leadership teams.
• Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring friction points, assisting with process improvements.
• Coordinate day-to-day meetings and provide status updates to team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or 5+ years of equivalent experience with proven skills.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting using relevant tools and techniques.
• Experience with PowerBI, SQL, and Python required.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Primavera P6, and Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA desired.
• Ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to support decision-making.
• Highly organized and process-minded with a strong desire for excellence.
• Excellent communication and management/organization skills.
• Ability to handle projects with many objectives and constraints, resolving conflicts effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to lead cross-functional efforts with minimal supervision.
• High degree of trust, integrity, open communication, and teamwork orientation.
