Adoption & Consumption Contractor
Key Responsibilities
Consumption Reporting & Insights
• Subject matter expert regarding reporting related to consumption, usage, adoption, and cACV
• Support business partners with trends in consumption and identify risks and opportunities related to renewals, churn, and expansion
• Identify data gaps or inconsistencies in consumption and usage reporting
• Partner with upstream teams (e.g., systems, analytics, ops) to improve data quality and reporting reliability
Sales & Stakeholder Support
• Act as a point of contact for sales and field questions related to consumption, reporting, and performance
• Provide data-backed answers to ad hoc questions from Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Revenue Leadership
• Document answers to frequently asked questions to share with the broader team

Required Qualifications
• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics
• Hands on experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
• Familiarity with consumption, usage, adoption, or usage based revenue models
• Strong ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast moving, ambiguous environments
