About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support core business operations through data analysis, workload coordination, and ongoing process management. This role plays a critical part in turning data into actionable insights, supporting operational efficiency, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities, performance, and outcomes. Data & Database Support: Extract, organize, and validate data from multiple databases to support reporting, analysis, and operational decision-making.
Workload Management: Assist with tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating workloads and projects across teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery.
Financial & Metrics Tracking: Monitor financial performance and key operational metrics; develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Operational Support & Improvement: Provide day-to-day operational support, identify process improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with database querying tools such as SQL preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive-level reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
