RGNext employees execute and report on theater and strategic offensive and defensive ballistic missile testing and support space situational awareness operations and experiments, using a wide array of highly sophisticated radar, telemetry and optical sensors to meet the needs of our nation in defending the United States and its interests.
This overseas position is located on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands.
What You Will Do:
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, or construction management or project management, or related field, or experience in lieu of education.
Eight (8) or more years of experience working in an operational or engineering or project management environment.
Two (2) or more of the eight years require experience working in a project management capacity.
Possess leadership and supervisory skills that demonstrate or indicate a high potential for successful direction of an organization comprised of both US employees and local nationals.
Demonstrated broad-based technical competency.
Proficiency in working across organizational boundaries.
Ability to leverage advanced principles, theories, and concepts of complex technical subjects to provide direction for employees.
In-depth knowledge and experience in required tooling and its application.
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills to balance, plan, prioritize and execute assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook).
Ability to work with Maximo.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Able to adapt to changing deadlines and work environments.
Ability to work cooperatively and solve problems in a teaming environment.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support projects or mission requirements.
